Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Indexincludes Walk-In Tubs wants indexincludes.living to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings in a sensible reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that can be used with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Plain, simple wording
- Short forms with clearly labeled fields
Where We Still Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can be partly outside our control. We check the site regularly and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@indexincludes.living and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us on your behalf.
Tell Us What Is Hard
Let us know where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@indexincludes.living and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you expected to happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We will review your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never truly done. As we update the website, we will keep working to make it better.
